A teamwork challenge through involvement in an outdoor activity

Your Adventure should be an Outdoor Challenge where you need to work as part of a team with other young people.  It can be a team game involving problem solving, a nature study or learning new skills like hill walking and navigation.

This section is meant for outdoor activity. Through problem solving or learning new skills the young person will develop better interpersonal skills and self confidence. Examples include:

  • School camp
  • The Yard
  • Horse Riding
  • Power boating on the Forth
  • Rock climbing
  • Orienteering
  • Skiing
  • Walking
  • Cycling

I had lots of fun doing this activity and spending time with my friends and family. In this activity I learned that I have new skills and talents.  I am good at and enjoy canooing.  I have also being more confident in doing gorge walking
