Get Active Stay Active is about getting fit or staying fit for longer through regular exercise. Your activity can involve continuing to do a sport you already enjoy, or trying out something new.

During my 12 hours of playing football, I learned a lot of new skills. I learned and got better at my shooting, my passing, my ball skills and developing a new position in midfield.
